Description

  • Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Advising employer clients on complex workplace and HR issues
  • Handling Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy where appropriate
  • Supporting business development activities and client relationship management
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members on projects and matters

Profile

  • A solicitor with ideally 2+ years' PQE in employment law
  • Experienced in Employment Tribunal litigation and contentious employment matters
  • Confident advising employer clients on complex HR and workplace issues
  • Commercially aware with strong drafting and client management skills
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team
  • Experienced in supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Excellent client management and communication abilities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
