You will:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of funds finance, banking and insurance finance documentation, including LMA‑based syndicated and bilateral facilities, NAV facilities, subscription lines and margin loans.
- Advise on the legal and structuring aspects of transactions, working closely with front office, credit, operations, and other internal teams.
- Support business units on regulatory developments and market trends impacting fund finance and related loan products.
- Provide pragmatic legal support in connection with customer relationships, governance matters and cross‑jurisdictional queries.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects, committees and initiatives relevant to structured finance, lending and wider business strategy.
- Support more general finance matters as required, including confidentiality agreements, engagement letters and other ancillary documents.
Profile: Qualified lawyer (2 - 15 PQE) with experience in funds finance, general banking or insurance finance gained in a reputable law firm or financial institution. Strong familiarity with standard loan documentation and fund finance structures. Is collaborative, pragmatic, and capable of working with a high level of autonomy. Has availability for a 12 month contract.
