Deliver high‑quality service as part of a specialist team, managing volume litigation including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.

  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to best practice in litigation management.

Profile

Qualified solicitors should have:

  • Strong academic background (degree or equivalent).
  • Solid experience in general employment law, including redundancy processes, unfair dismissal, and discrimination.
  • Ideally, exposure to a wide range of employment matters, including employment tribunals.
  • Experience managing volume litigation (highly advantageous).
  • Ability to manage a high caseload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong technology awareness and adaptability.
  • Excellent drafting and clear communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience supervising junior lawyers, trainees, paralegals, or apprentices (desirable).
