This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Financial Services Regulatory team, working closely with leading partners Nina Moffatt and Paul Severs. The team advises on a broad range of UK and EU regulatory issues, including perimeter guidance, governance, compliance, and regulatory change projects.
Key Responsibilities- Advising on FCA and PRA regulatory requirements for banks, investment firms, and asset managers.
- Supporting clients on regulatory change projects, including Consumer Duty and ESG-related developments.
- Drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Assisting with regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.
- Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience in financial services regulation.
- Strong knowledge of UK and EU regulatory regimes (FSMA, MiFID II, SMCR).
- Experience advising financial institutions and/or asset managers.
- Excellent technical skills and ability to manage client relationships.
