A leading international law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its flexible resourcing arm, on a 3‑month contract. The solicitor will work directly with one of the firm's major clients, providing support across a blend of employment litigation and non‑contentious advisory work.

Description
- Provide day‑to‑day employment law advice to the client's internal legal and HR teams.
- Manage a mixture of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters.
- Support on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and general HR issues.
- Draft, review, and amend employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Assist with employment tribunal matters, including document preparation and liaison with external counsel.
- Deliver project support and ad‑hoc legal input as required by the client.
Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in employment law.
- Experience across both contentious and non‑contentious employment work.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working with commercial stakeholders in an in‑house or client‑facing setting.
