Description The Employment Solicitor will be: Advising employer clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Managing a varied caseload including tribunal litigation, restructures, collective redundancies and TUPE matters.

Representing clients in Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunals, including advocacy where appropriate.

Working closely with colleagues across corporate, immigration, pensions, tax and other practice areas to deliver holistic client solutions.

Supporting business development initiatives through client training, seminars and relationship management activities.

Profile The Employment Solicitor should be: A solicitor or equivalent with 6+ years' PQE in employment law.

Experienced in advising employer clients across a range of sectors.

A confident communicator capable of advising senior stakeholders and building strong client relationships.

Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experienced in handling complex employment matters, including tribunal work.

Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Committed to ongoing professional development and delivering high standards of client service.
