An opportunity for an experienced Employment lawyer to move into a Professional Support Lawyer role within a market-leading team, supporting a flagship client offering. Description

This role sits within a dedicated Employment, Pensions and Immigration team and is closely aligned to a flagship subscription-based HR advisory product, delivering fixed-fee employment law support to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating online employment law content for clients
  • Managing and developing an employment document library
  • Creating client-facing tools, guidance and training materials
  • Monitoring legal developments and producing practical updates
  • Drafting and maintaining precedents, checklists and guidance notes
  • Delivering training to both clients and internal teams
  • Supporting lawyers to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Contributing to product development, innovation and process improvement
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client offerings, including additional services
  • Supporting on projects and undertaking a small amount of fee-earning work

Profile Requirements

  • Qualified Employment lawyer with strong UK employment law experience
  • Proven ability in drafting, research and legal analysis
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting and training
  • Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Interest in legal innovation and improving service delivery
  • Collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • Experience in a PSL/knowledge role is beneficial but not essential
