This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Law Partner to lead and grow a team within a Birmingham private practice. The firm is looking to grow its Birmingham offering with senior level Partner hires, with Employment Law being a key target area.

This is a large law firm with other offices outside of Birmingham. You would be the first hire into Employment in Birmingham and would work as part of a national Employment team.
Description
This role would suit a senior Employment Lawyer who would be interested in working at a firm in an exciting period of growth in Birmingham.
The office is growing with some senior level hires and Employment is an area that the firm is keen to target.
You would be joining as a Partner and helping develop the practice area in the Midlands. You would get plenty of support from other offices and Birmingham colleagues.
The firm has an excellent benefits package and will pay a competitive salary at Partner level (of course linked to client following). Lawyers at the firm typically work 2 days per week in the office.
