This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer or Knowledge Lawyer to join a highly regarded specialist law firm on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
Working closely with the firm's Principal Knowledge Lawyer, you will play a key role in legal know-how, training, thought leadership, business development and the adoption of innovative legal technologies.

Description
Reporting to the Principal Knowledge Lawyer, you will support the employment team across a broad range of knowledge management, training, research and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge & Technical Support
- Monitor and analyse legal and regulatory developments in employment law and communicate updates to the wider team.
- Maintain, update and draft precedents, templates and guidance materials.
- Manage and promote contributions to the firm's knowledge resources and intranet.
- Provide technical and research support to lawyers on client matters.
- Develop and deliver internal legal training programmes.
- Coordinate training schedules and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support know-how meetings and ongoing professional development activities.
- Help identify and implement process improvements, legal technology solutions and AI tools.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with new employment law developments and regulatory changes.
