Job Description An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Senior Solicitor or Associate to join a growing and well-regarded legal practice in Edinburgh. Working within an established Wills, Estates and Succession Planning team, you will advise a broad client base on complex private client matters while helping to support and mentor junior colleagues. The Private Client Senior Solicitor or Associate will be: Managing a varied private client caseload including wills, trusts, executries and succession planning matters. Advising clients on tax and estate planning, asset protection and wealth preservation strategies. Drafting wills, powers of attorney and trust documentation. The Private Client Senior Solicitor or Associate should be: A solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years' PQE in private client work. Experienced in wills, executries, trusts and succession planning matters.
