The business is seeking a VP-level Transaction Manager to join its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) function in London. This is a broad and commercially focused role that supports the execution of equity transactions while also maintaining involvement in wider capital markets activity.

Description
- Coordinate and manage the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation across ECM transactions
- Partner closely with front office teams in London and overseas to facilitate efficient deal execution
- Support a wide range of equity offerings including IPOs, follow-ons, convertible bonds and REIT transactions
- Contribute to the delivery of global equity transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks
- Liaise with external advisors including legal counsel and other transaction parties to ensure smooth progress of deals
- Provide flexibility to support selected debt capital markets activity and programme updates when required
- Assist in managing internal processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational standards
Profile
- Qualified lawyer (circa 5+ years PQE) or equivalent relevant experience as a Paralegal with transaction management
- Solid experience within equity capital markets, ideally with some exposure to debt products
- Background in either private practice or an in-house role within a financial institution
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Knowledge of structured products or programme documentation
Job Offer
- Base salary up to Β£120,000 annual equivalent depending on candidate experience
- Hybrid working in London (3 days per week in office)
- Potential to move into a permanent position
