- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Collaborate with operational teams to monitor and improve financial performance.
- Analyse variances and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as required.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Previous experience in accounting or financial analysis, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
- An ability to work collaboratively and drive financial performance improvements.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary between £60,000 and £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
