Description
- Take ownership of the end-to-end documentation process across debt capital markets transactions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to trading and origination teams, offering practical guidance on legal and structural considerations.
- Lead interaction with internal stakeholders across multiple regions, as well as external counsel, trustees and service providers.
- Manage documentation for structured note programmes, including repackaging transactions and issuance through SPV platforms.
- Oversee updates and maintenance of issuance programmes where the firm acts as arranger or dealer.
- Work closely with operations and settlement teams to facilitate smooth closings and post-trade processes.
- Provide additional support on private placements and syndicated debt transactions when required.
Profile
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 5+ years' experience, or equivalent transaction management Paralegal background.
- Strong experience within debt capital markets, gained either in-house at a financial institution or within private practice.
- Familiarity with documentation for MTN programmes, syndicated issuance, and structured products.
- Confident managing multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail.

- Base salary up to £120,000 annual equivalent depending on candidate experience.
