This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a global law firm in Leeds and work on high profile corporate deals including M & A, PE, capital markets and cross border transactions.

Client DetailsOur client is a global law firm with a large office in central Leeds. The Corporate team works as a national practice and is ranked as a leading team by the legal directories. They advise major corporate clients on a range of corporate work including PE and M & A and reorganisation.

DescriptionThe Corporate Solicitor will work on a range of work including;

Providing advice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, PE matters and major corporate reorganisations.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.

Working closely with the Partners and senior team members on deals

Working on cross border deals

ProfileThe successful Corporate Solicitor should have/ be;

A solicitor likely to be around 2 -8 years PQE

A track record working in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and PE deals.

Strong academics

Ties to Leeds.

The ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from £68,000 to £95,000.

Generous pension contribution of 5%.
