Description
The Corporate Partner will be:
- Leading the growth and development of the Corporate practice in Manchester.
- Managing and expanding client relationships, focusing on M&A and venture capital transactions. Other areas will be considered eg. capital markets
- Collaborating with a strong Commercial team and national Corporate colleagues.
- On-boarding new clients and leveraging your existing business development network.
- Contributing to the firm’s wider business strategy and success.
- Helping manage other fee earners
Profile
The Corporate Partner should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 8+ years PQE in Corporate law.
- Likely to be an existing Partner or Legal Director
- Proven experience in handling M&A and venture capital transactions.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
- A network of contacts in the North West or beyond to drive growth.
- An entrepreneurial approach to leading and developing a practice.
