Description
The Corporate Lawyer will be:
- Managing a varied caseload of corporate matters for a broad client base.
- Advising clients on transactions including acquisitions, disposals and wider corporate matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate documentation.
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the wider corporate team.
Profile
The Corporate Lawyer should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with approximately 5+ years' PQE in corporate law.
- Experienced in handling corporate transactions with a good level of autonomy.
- Commercially minded and able to provide clear, practical advice to clients.
- A confident communicator with strong client relationship skills.
- Looking for a permanent, part-time opportunity within a collaborative regional practice.
