Description
You will advise on a wide variety of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Shareholder agreements and investment arrangements
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- General company law and corporate governance matters
- Corporate transactions linked to real estate and property-focused businesses
- Ongoing advisory work for SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurial clients
You will take ownership of matters from initial instruction through to completion, working directly with clients and contributing to the continued growth of the firm's corporate offering.
Profile
To be considered, you must have:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in corporate law
- Strong experience gained within a recognised private practice law firm
- A proven track record advising SMEs, entrepreneurs, and owner-managed businesses
- Experience managing transactions independently from start to finish
- Commercially focused and pragmatic approach to client service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in business development, networking, and strengthening client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple practice areas
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers would be advantageous
- Exposure to banking and finance matters would be beneficial, though not essential
