The Contracts Solicitor in Birmingham will lead on drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts across public and private sectors. This fixed-term (12-month) role is ideal for a solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE in SaaS agreements and public procurement.

Description

The Contracts Solicitor will be:

  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing SaaS agreements and service contracts
  • Managing a diverse caseload of contracts across public and private sectors
  • Advising on public procurement regulations and compliance requirements
  • Supporting the business through tender processes and contract frameworks
  • Collaborating with sales, procurement, and stakeholders
  • Helping to optimise legal templates and streamline contract workflows

Profile

The Contracts Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE
  • Experienced in drafting and negotiating SaaS and cloud-based contracts
