Description
- Deliver high-quality legal advice on construction matters, including contracts, disputes, and regulations.
- Draft and review construction contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Profile
A successful Construction Associate should have:
- Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland or England & Wales, with at least 4 PQE.
- Provide legal advice on the full spectrum of non-contentious construction matters, encompassing procurement strategy, tender processes, and the preparation and negotiation of construction documentation.
- Strong familiarity with widely used standard-form construction contracts, alongside practical experience of collaborative contract models commonly adopted in UK public sector projects, as well as internationally recognised contract frameworks used on cross-border developments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
