Supporting the legal team in preparing legal advice and legal opinions. Handling legal research to support ongoing cases and projects. Interacting with clients to gather and validate necessary information. Preparing and maintaining case files and legal documents. Supporting the team in managing the compliance process. Assisting in dispute resolution procedures within the construction industry. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Profile A successful Construction Paralegal should have: A minimum of 6 months experience as a Construction Paralegal (non-contentious experience). A strong understanding of construction law.
