Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be:
- Advising on a wide range of B2B and B2C commercial contracts
- Drafting and negotiating NDAs, terms & conditions and joint ventures
- Supporting clients on IT, technology and data protection matters
- Working closely with clients across manufacturing, supply, distribution and tech sectors
- Managing matters autonomously with appropriate supervision
Profile
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years\’ PQE in commercial law
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Confident advising on IT, technology and data protection issues
- Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills
- Able to manage a varied caseload efficiently
