Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be:
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts including supply‑chain, IT, T&Cs, IP licensing and outsourcing
- Collaborating across teams to manage client needs in the Commercial & TMT sector
- Providing practical, timely commercial advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting business growth through proactive risk assessment and contract management
- Contributing to team knowledge-sharing and process improvements
Profile
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 0-4 years PQE in Commercial Law
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating supply chain, IT, outsourcing, IP or related commercial agreements
- Someone who thrives in a hybrid, flexible working environment
- Confident working in fast-moving, top-tier teams and delivering high-quality advice
