Description

The Commercial Solicitor will be:

  • Drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts including supply‑chain, IT, T&Cs, IP licensing and outsourcing
  • Collaborating across teams to manage client needs in the Commercial & TMT sector
  • Providing practical, timely commercial advice to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting business growth through proactive risk assessment and contract management
  • Contributing to team knowledge-sharing and process improvements

Profile

The Commercial Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 0-4 years PQE in Commercial Law
  • Experienced in drafting and negotiating supply chain, IT, outsourcing, IP or related commercial agreements
  • Someone who thrives in a hybrid, flexible working environment
  • Confident working in fast-moving, top-tier teams and delivering high-quality advice
  • Strong in communication, collaboration, and commercial awareness
