A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join its innovative flexible resourcing team on an initial 3-month contract.
Client Details Working remotely, you will support one of the firm's major clients on a broad range of commercial matters, becoming an extension of their in-house legal function and providing practical, business-focused legal advice.
Description Advising on a range of commercial contracts and day-to-day legal matters.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
Providing pragmatic legal support to key business stakeholders.
Working closely with both the client and wider legal teams to deliver high-quality legal services.
Assisting with contract management and risk assessment activities.
Profile UK-qualified senior solicitor with experience gained at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team.
Strong commercial contracts experience.
Able to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
