The successful candidate will be involved in a range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases. Conducting legal research and due diligence for property transactions. Communicating effectively with clients and other professionals involved in property deals. Keeping accurate records and managing files for all property transactions. Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies. Supporting the legal team in preparing for and during property litigation proceedings. Organising and maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date legal library.
