You will join an established and collaborative real estate team acting for a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, family offices, developers, investors, high-net-worth individuals, luxury brands, hospitality businesses, charities, lenders and occupiers.

Description
The role will involve exposure to a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions, disposals and lettings.
- Acting for developers, investors, occupiers, private clients and family offices.
- Residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use development projects.
- Promotion and option agreements relating to development land.
- Banking, lending and refinancing transactions.
- Portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
- Hotel and leisure sector transactions.
- Landlord and tenant asset management work.
- Corporate real estate acquisitions
Profile
To be considered, you should have:
- 2-4 years' post-qualification experience within commercial real estate.
- Strong technical knowledge of property and land law.
- Experience gained within a well-regarded real estate team.
- Excellent drafting, communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach.
- The ability to work effectively within a collaborative and cross-disciplinary environment.
- An interest in business development and networking activities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms
