An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Leeds. You will handle a broad range of development, investment and corporate occupier matters, working with regional and national clients on complex, high value transactions. Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
* Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
* Advising on development, investment and corporate occupier transactions
* Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease and related documents
* Supporting on high value and complex property transactions
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Managing files from instruction through to completion
* Contributing to business development initiatives across the region
Profile
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be / have;
* A solicitor with ideally 3 to 6 years PQE in commercial property
* Experienced in development, investment and occupier work
* Managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
* Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
* Keen to play a role in business development
Interested in building a long term career with a large regional law firm
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £59,000 to £64,000.
