Job Description

An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Leeds. You will handle a broad range of development, investment and corporate occupier matters, working with regional and national clients on complex, high value transactions. This role offers genuine responsibility and the chance to build long term client relationships within a large regional firm.

Recognised by the legal directories for the quality of its commercial property work, the firm advises an impressive client base ranging from growing regional businesses to national organisations and property developers.

Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:

* Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters

* Advising on development, investment and corporate occupier transactions

* Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease and related documents

* Supporting on high value and complex property transactions

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Managing files from instruction through to completion

* Contributing to business development initiatives across the region

Profile

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be / have;

* A solicitor with ideally 3 to 6 years PQE in commercial property

* Experienced in development, investment and occupier work

* Managing their own caseload with minimal supervision

* Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills

* Keen to play a role in business development

Interested in building a long term career with a large regional law firm

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £59,000 to £64,000.
