Description
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters
- Advising clients on high value corporate and commercial disputes
- Handling shareholder and partnership disputes
- Acting on complex banking and financial services litigation matters
- Advising on contentious probate claims
- Managing disputes involving landowners, developers and corporate clients
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and court documentation
- Attending mediation, negotiations and court hearings
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working with senior lawyers on large scale national and international disputes
Profile
- A solicitor between 1 and 6 years PQE
- Experienced in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Comfortable managing files with appropriate supervision
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- An excellent communicator with strong drafting abilities
