Description
- Provide guidance on privacy and data protection compliance within the organisation.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing privacy notices, policies and procedures.
- Support the management of data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
- Monitor and report on changes in privacy regulations and their implications.
- Respond to data subject access requests and other privacy-related enquiries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote best practices in data handling.
- Maintain records of processing activities and ensure they are up to date.
- Conduct privacy training sessions for staff as required.
Profile
A successful Privacy Analyst should have:
- Experience in privacy or data protection roles within professional services or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant privacy laws and regulations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
