- Monitoring and reporting on transaction progress and related property sales.

- Conducting AML and customer due diligence checks.
- Maintaining accurate case records and management information.
- Liaising with solicitors, purchasers and third-party stakeholders.
- Supporting performance targets through proactive transaction management.
