Description Legal Counsel will be responsible for: Drafting and preparing range of commercial agreements including NDAs, supply chain agreements, licensing and confidentiality agreements Working with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, procurement, commercial, finance Providing legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders and mitigating legal risk and ensuring compliance with internal governance framework and laws and regulations.
