The Legal Counsel will be:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements with a focus on media and trading arrangements
- Providing clear and practical advice on contract interpretation and supporting early-stage dispute resolution
- Partnering with internal stakeholders on contract negotiations, including risk assessment and mitigation
- Identifying and clearly communicating key contractual risks and differentiating levels of exposure
- Supporting training initiatives to improve contract awareness and compliance across the business
- Assisting with the implementation of best practice processes in contract management and governance
The Legal Counsel should be:
