We are seeking an In‑House Litigation Solicitor in Bradford to join a forward‑thinking in-house legal team. You will manage a busy caseload across consumer, credit, and data protection disputes, backed by technology, training, and strong leadership.

The In‑House Litigation Solicitor will be:
- Managing a defendant caseload of consumer litigation claims
- Working across breach of contract, discrimination, credit file disputes, data protection, and property damage
- Using modern case management systems and legal technology
- Supporting and mentoring paralegals and legal apprentices
- Staying up to date with relevant legislation and case law
- Handling stakeholder communications and internal reporting
- Contributing to legal research and best practice development
The In‑House Litigation Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with NQ to 3 years PQE
- Well‑versed in Civil Procedure Rules, litigation processes, and relevant case law
