Description
- Advising on legal and regulatory risk across retail and private banking products and services
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex banking documentation and agreements
- Supporting product launches, regulatory change initiatives and compliance matters
- Working closely with business, compliance and risk teams to mitigate legal exposure
- Contributing to governance frameworks and risk-management strategy within retail and private banking
Profile
- A solicitor or equivalent with significant PQE gained in retail or private banking
- Experienced in UK banking regulation and regulatory risk management
- Comfortable drafting and negotiating complex financial services documentation
