This is an opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer to move into a Professional Development Lawyer role, supporting a well-established knowledge function within a national real estate practice. The position focuses on delivering high-quality know-how, training and innovation support, while playing a key role in driving knowledge strategy and legal tech adoption across the team.

Description: You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support the real estate practice through the development and delivery of knowledge resources, training and innovation initiatives. You will also play a central role in keeping the team up to date with legal and market developments, while embedding best practice and efficient ways of working.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in real estate and sharing insights
- Drafting and maintaining precedents, guidance and know-how materials
- Delivering training to lawyers, clients and the wider firm
- Supporting the adoption of legal technology and AI tools
- Responding to technical queries from fee earners
- Collaborating with innovation and knowledge teams on process improvement
- Contributing to thought leadership, client materials and internal knowledge sharing
- Supporting onboarding and development of junior lawyers
Profile: Qualified solicitor with real estate experience. Strong technical knowledge of property law and market practice. Excellent drafting, communication and research skills.
