Description

As In-House Litigation Solicitor, you will

  • Lead on complex, sensitive and high-value litigation and dispute resolution matters.
  • Advise on housing and property litigation, contractual disputes, public law matters and other contentious issues.
  • Provide clear and commercially focused advice to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Develop litigation strategies and advise on settlement, mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Identify legal and reputational risks and help the organisation resolve disputes at an early stage.
  • Manage external solicitors, barristers and other professional advisers.
