- The Commercial Paralegal will report directly into the General Counsel and will:
- Review and manage routine commercial contracts.
- Serve as the primary contact for legal requests, NDAs, and workflow management.
- Manage governance and company secretarial activities, including board and governance administration.
- Maintain corporate records and manage entity administration.
- Contribute to data privacy, compliance, and legal projects.
- Deliver legal operations initiatives, process improvements, and legal technology projects.
