Client Details Our client is a large UK law firm with a strong national presence and an outstanding reputation for advising major corporates, financial institutions and investors. The firm has a large office in central Leeds and their banking team is recognised by the legal directories. Description The Banking Principal Associate will be: Advising on leveraged finance, corporate finance and growth lending transactions Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements Managing matters across the full transaction lifecycle Advising lenders, borrowers, investors and intermediaries on complex financing arrangements Working on restructures, restatements, refinancings and bolt on transactions Working closely with corporate and restructuring teams on cross practice matters Taking responsibility for your own caseload while supervising more junior lawyers where appropriate Building and strengthening long term client relationships Contributing to business...
