Description Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Land acquisitions for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use developments Landlord and tenant matters, including lease grants, renewals and terminations Property development transactions Joint venture arrangements Conditional sale and purchase agreements Options and promotion agreements Auction transactions and portfolio management work Profile Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in Commercial Property/Real Estate Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions Strong technical knowledge of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work Commercially aware with the ability to provide practical, client-focused advice Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident managing client matters and taking ownership of transactions Proactive, organised and capable of managing competing priorities Strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 degree or equivalent Job Offer Salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
