The Asset Investigations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the business with property title analysis, database management, and customer communication. Our client is a well-established and growing organisation operating within the property and legal services space. They are known for delivering high-quality, detail-driven support across leasehold, title analysis, and compliance projects, including work aligned to the Building Safety Act 2022.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating the internal database in line with incoming correspondence and legal documentation
  • Providing a high standard of customer service via phone and written communication to leaseholders and their representatives
  • Reviewing HM Land Registry notices and updating systems within tight deadlines
  • Analysing leases, deeds, and title documents, identifying key provisions and ownership structures
  • Supporting Building Safety Act projects, including issuing landlord certificates
  • Interpreting lease information and accurately inputting data into internal systems
  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies across multiple sources
  • Extracting and reviewing information from legal and property documentation
  • Reviewing invoices related to head rents and associated title documents
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting key departmental projects

Profile

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with legal or property-related documentation. You will demonstrate:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a professional environment
  • Confidence in data entry and working with databases/systems
  • Ability to read and interpret legal or property documents (desirable)
