Description International Arbitration department specialises in high-value, complex disputes with international dimensions, including commercial and investment treaty arbitration across diverse jurisdictions such as the UK, India, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and the United States. The team also advises on arbitration-related litigation before the English courts and the enforcement of arbitral awards globally. Profile Ideal candidates will have experience in the international arbitration practice of a reputable law firm (in the UK or elsewhere), with exposure to cases under key arbitration rules (e.g., ICC, and LCIA).
