The Corporate Partner will be
- Leading on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructures and shareholder matters.
- Playing a key role in the strategic growth and development of the Corporate team.
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients across the region.
- Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team.
- Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas to identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities.

The Corporate Partner should be
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law.
- Experienced in advising on a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial matters.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Commercially aware with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experienced in supervising and developing junior lawyers.
