Description
The Real Estate Renewables Solicitor will be:
- Advising clients on the property aspects of renewable energy projects including wind, solar, battery storage and hydro developments.
- Negotiating and drafting a variety of agreements relating to renewable energy schemes and associated land rights.
- Supporting clients on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing transactions and compulsory purchase matters.
- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships, acting as a key adviser on strategic land and property issues.
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple legal disciplines to deliver integrated and commercially focused advice.
Profile
The Real Estate Renewables Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' PQE within real estate or renewables law.
- Experienced in the Scottish property aspects of renewable energy projects.
