- Supporting large-scale strategic residential developments, including complex Section 106 negotiations involving multiple stakeholders and intricate landownership structures.
- Advising a joint venture between leading institutional investors on planning due diligence and development matters relating to a multi-site build-to-rent housing portfolio.
Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE.
- Experience gained within a recognised planning practice.
- Strong knowledge of planning and environmental law.
- Experience acting for developers, investors, housebuilders, local authorities, or private clients on planning matters.
- Excellent technical, commercial, and client-facing skills.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £65,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
