Our client's Real Estate Finance team is looking to recruit a talented associate solicitor to support a growing and dynamic practice.
This role will provide the opportunity to work on a broad range of transactions while developing technical expertise and commercial awareness within a supportive team environment.
Description
As a Real Estate Finance Associate your duties will include
- Acting on a range of real estate finance transactions for lenders
- Assisting on larger, more complex deals and managing smaller transactions independently
- Drafting facility agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation
- Supporting detailed property due diligence processes and transaction management
- Supervising junior team members (NQs and paralegals)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and cross-referral opportunities

A successful Real Estate Finance Associate should be/have
- Qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in real estate finance and/or commercial property
- Strong technical ability in commercial property and landlord and tenant transactions
