Description
A prestigious international law firm is seeking a skilled Corporate Locum Associate to join its Corporate Real Estate team on an initial six-week assignment to provide cover during a period of leave. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an established team on a broad range of high-quality corporate real estate transactions, with an immediate start available.
The Role
Working as part of a busy and collaborative team, you will advise on a variety of corporate real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Joint venture arrangements
- Corporate restructurings
- General corporate transactional support relating to real estate assets and investments
- Project management and coordination of transactions from inception through to completion
Profile
- Be a qualified Solicitor or experienced Corporate Locum with strong transactional experience
- Have experience handling a range of corporate matters including M&A, restructurings and joint ventures
- Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Possess excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- Be available to commence the assignment at short notice
Job Offer
Day rate of £500 - £750 dependent on the level of experience. Temporary 6-week interim contract.
