An exciting opportunity for a Planning Partner to join a international law firm in Leeds. You will play a key role in a highly regarded national planning team, advising public and private sector clients on major infrastructure, development and regeneration projects.

Description

The Planning Partner will be:

* Advising public and private sector clients on complex planning matters

* Dealing with planning work relating to major infrastructure projects

* Advising on Development Consent Orders and compulsory purchase orders

* Handling land compensation and associated development issues

* Advising on regeneration schemes and major development projects

* Providing strategic advice on planning applications and appeals

* Advising on Section 106 planning agreements and highway agreements

* Working with clients on planning enforcement matters

* Developing and strengthening client relationships across the Yorkshire market

  • * Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the national planning practice

Profile

.The Planning Partner should be:

* An existing Partner with a strong track record in planning law

* A solicitor with significant experience in planning and CPO work

* Well connected within the Yorkshire market with established client relationships

* Experienced in advising both public and private sector clients

* Able to demonstrate a strong track record on complex planning matters

* Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities

* An excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £130,000 to £170000
  • Partner benefits package.
  • Permanent position in Newcastle.
