The Employment Solicitor will be
- Advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters
- Handling both contentious and non contentious employment work
- Supporting partners on complex and high value employment matters
- Advising clients across sectors including education, corporate services and healthcare
- Managing employment matters from initial instruction through to resolution
- Building strong and trusted relationships with clients
- Drafting and reviewing employment documentation and agreements
- Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the employment team

The Employment Solicitor should be
- A solicitor with approximately 1 to 5 years PQE
- Experienced across a range of employment law matters
- Comfortable handling both contentious and non contentious work
- Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
- Able to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
- Confident working alongside experienced partners on complex matters
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
