We are seeking a commercially minded Solicitor to join a high-performing Legal Team within a leading consumer-facing business
Description
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial contracts, including supply, technology, logistics and services agreements.
- Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders across the business.
- Support strategic procurement projects, supplier negotiations and key commercial initiatives.
- Identify, assess and manage legal and commercial risks to support informed decision-making.
- Advise on data protection, privacy and information governance matters.
- Provide guidance on regulatory, consumer, competition and intellectual property issues.
- Develop, maintain and improve contract templates, standard terms and legal playbooks.
- Manage pre-litigation disputes and liaise with external legal advisers where required.
- Deliver training and guidance to stakeholders on legal, contractual and compliance matters.
- Drive continuous improvement across legal processes, promoting efficiency, consistency and best practice.

Profile
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Proven experience advising on commercial legal matters, either in private practice or in-house.
- Strong commercial contracts expertise with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrable ability to balance legal risk against commercial priorities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
