Our client is a well known national law firm with offices in Manchester.
You will work within a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked team.
Advise healthcare professionals on high-profile and sensitive matters
Gain exposure to a broad range of work, including GMC and GDC investigations, inquests, police investigations and Trust disciplinary proceedings
Enjoy genuine advocacy opportunities, including representation at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests
Develop specialist expertise in a growing and highly respected area of law

Description
As a Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer your duties will include;
Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
Advising on GMC and GDC investigations
Representing clients at inquests and pre-inquest review hearings
Advising on police investigations and Trust disciplinary matters
Supporting senior lawyers and supervising junior team members where appropriate
Achieving financial and chargeable hour targets
Producing monthly and ad hoc client management information reports
Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities
Profile
A successful Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer should be a qualified solicitor between 2-5 PQE ideally with experience in healthcare regulatory law.
Job Offer
Salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
