Description
The Employment Solicitor will be:
- Advising employer clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
- Managing a varied caseload including tribunal litigation, restructures, collective redundancies and TUPE matters.
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunals, including advocacy where appropriate.
- Working closely with colleagues across corporate, immigration, pensions, tax and other practice areas to deliver holistic client solutions.
- Supporting business development initiatives through client training, seminars and relationship management activities.
Profile
The Employment Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 6+ years' PQE in employment law.
- Experienced in advising employer clients across a range of sectors.
- A confident communicator capable of advising senior stakeholders and building strong client relationships.
- Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
