Description
The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
- Providing advice on employment law including advisory, dealing with tribunal claims and corporate support
- Working closely with the Partners dealing with complex claims
- Taking responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers
- Working as part if a national employment team
- Getting involved in events and marketing.
- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation
- Working with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery.
Profile
The successful Employment Legal Director should have / be;
- A track record dealing with respondent Employment law
- Likely to have a minimum of 6 years PQE
- An interest to work for a large commercial law firm
- A track record dealing with complex employment law for corporate clients
- Proven ability to manage juniors
- Strong client relationship management skills.
Job Offer
- Salary of £85,000 to £95,000
- Pension contribution of 5%.
